If you enjoyed last year’s 20th Anniversary Celebration edition of the popular Ballet Under The Stars (BUTS), you cannot afford to miss this 2009 season, which will once again feature a crowd-pleasing piece set to catchy pop music and choreographed by dancers and artistic staff of SDT.
A compilation of both classical and contemporary works will be showcased against the relaxed and evergreen environment of Fort Canning Park while children can also enjoy fringe activities such as face painting and glitter tattooing. So pack a basket of goodies, bring a mat and make a date with BUTS in July!
Pre-show Performances, starting from 6.30 to 7.15pm
The pre-show segments will feature contemporary dance performances by National University of Singapore (NUS) Dance Synergy, Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, LASALLE College of The Arts and School of The Arts, Youth Dancers ( Singapore).
